Big elections coming up in France: How do things look there?

Here's what one commentator says, and you don't have to be able to read French to understand it:

Crise sociale, crise financière, crise écologique, crise démocratique... dans tous ces domaines, nos sociétés approchent d'un point de rupture, d'un point de non-retour.

Sounds a lot like here, except I'd add crise judiciaire.
